Shun Wu Tang Kung Fu is a traditional chinese martial art taught in Alberton. Shun Wu Tang has been present in Alberton for the last 30 years.
The style of Kung Fu is a tradition Southern Luohan Style focused on self defense and discipline based on a traditional training regimen to strengthen both the body and the mind.

The classes will be focussed on beginners only. All ages from 8 on upwards are welcome to participate. Learn the basic footwork and hand techniques of the Su family martial arts system from Taiwan.
